I consider this anti-aging so I put it here.

For those living in the states, here's a useful tool to predict the following days UV ray levels. It is sent to me everyday and I see the next days levels.
Just another tool I hope some will find useful in their never ending war against our #1 enemy to our skin, UV rays. Remember....wear that sunscreen regardless.

On Miami Herald they have that daily. I do not get it though, it can be bright and sunny and it is an 8 and the day after it is hazy or cloudy and an 11 or 12.

Yea I look at it everyday cause it shows up on my email. It does not change anything for me. Another day, another day to slather on the sunscreen. Come rain, snow, clouds, hot, cold, dark.....o.k...not dark.
