Vibraderm, Laser Genesis, and Limelight

Has anybody here had a Vibradermabrasion treatment? I'm booked for one on Tuesday, and I'm wondering if its even worth it? In a couple weeks I'm having a Limelight Facial and Laser Genesis.....has anyone had that done?
I really want to know because I originally wanted a Pearl Treatment, but I was talked out of it by the dermatologist and she told me to try these instead. Now I'm worried she's having me do these treatments that are less effective and then I'll have to shell another out for the Pearl anyway!! I just don't want to get scammed into spending a couple thousand extra dollars if I don't have to.
I've found reviews of the Pearl on websites, but nearly nothing about the other treatments...other than the sales pitch.
