Under my left I have some visible blood vessels. How can I get it back to what it was and how can I avoid this from happening to me in the future again?

Try rubbing some rose oil mixed with a carrier oil to the affected area. Rose oil is good for broken capillaries and will help lessen the appearance of your visible blood vessels.

I am not sure which supplements you have to take to reduce your visible capillaries. But you can add a vitamin C supplement in your daily diet as it has numerous health benefits one of which is to repair broken tissues and cells. You can also apply a vitamin c serum to the affected area. This will hopefully help repair and make your blood vessels less visible.

There are supplements for blood vessel health, Vitamin C+Rutin or something like that.

Phytonadione is the supplemetn form for K1. Not sure if it's for cappilaries tho, but it's probably good to include that, because most people don't get enough K1.
