Ok ladies i am 27 and i am suffering from expression lines
...i know they arent quite wrinkles yet but i want to stop them before they turn into such. Im a broke out of work woman at this time(hopefully the place i interviewed with will call me back
). So i read online the breaking open a vitamin e capsule and rubbing it on your face will help so far ive been doing it all this week and it cleared up the expression lines between my eyes where i often furrow my brows to show annoyance(when you have to move back home with mom you do that a LOT lol).

I also read that vitamin c works too..now i have seen vitamin c serums that are CRAZY expensive. I can not afford anything over 10 dollars at the moment(did i mention broke out of work already
) so i have some vitamin c pills left over from last cold and flu season and i was wondering could i take them and crush them make a paste with water or add to fav mask and place on your face for like 30 mins?

No you totally can't crush the pills and make a paste. Not the same Vit C that is in a Vit C serum. You could definately make your own serum and there are lots of links on that. Type in Vit C serum in the search menu. You could also take the Vit C you said you have left over. I take 500 mg in the AM and 500 mg in the pm. For a total of 1000 mg a day of Vit C. I don't just take it when I have a cold. There are so many benefits to taking Vit C than just for a cold.

You could also try a couple eye creams. Here are a couple that I like.
Skin Actives Scientific : Bright-I Cream
Juice Beauty: Organic Green Apple Nutrient Eye Cream - Eye Skin Care Cream

You could also use a little Retin-a. I apply Retin-a all over my face every other night. Great for anti aging benefits.

Welcome. I find it very hard to believe rubbing vitamin E clearing up the lines in a week. Must have been a lack of moisturizer on that area or something.

Wow! That's a lot of Vitamin C in a day and you take it everyday? Do you know the % daily value it gives you? My doctor told me that some vitamins such A and C can't be taken too much. Otherwise they will cause kidney stones later on.

Well I actually found that, and some experts have said that, Vitamin C helps fight the cold. Whenever I sense that I have a cold coming, I take it and if I do it early enough, the cold will be knocked out very quickly.

Vit. A is a fat soluble vitamin, whereas Vit. C is not. I think you CAN take too much of the fat soluble vitamins. You will just pee out the excess vit. C and maybe have heartburn taking mega doses!
