has anyone researched and could share the list of the necessary supplements/vitamins that are nesessary for an active woman mid-30?
I've been taking "One a day women's" for a few years, but it does not seem to be too effective. I am thinking of adding Fish oil, but feeling a little unsure about it.
Anything else would help prevent/slow maturation and improve skin and energy levels?
