Hi,
has anyone researched and could share the list of the necessary supplements/vitamins that are nesessary for an active woman mid-30?

I've been taking "One a day women's" for a few years, but it does not seem to be too effective. I am thinking of adding Fish oil, but feeling a little unsure about it.

Anything else would help prevent/slow maturation and improve skin and energy levels?

As a personal trainer, I can tell you that fish oils are almost more important than the multivitamins, in particular if you eat well to begin with. Fish oils help with inflammation of the internals of your body, and have the added benefit of helping you lost weight. Don't be afraid to take alot too. I have clients that take 12-16 capsules a day.
