i'm approaching my 30's and only within the past 5 years have i been taking care of my skin. i've noticed lately that below my eyebrows, but toward the bridge of my nose i have a few small bumps the color of my skin or lighter. i've been using tweezers to pull them out and even cut biore' strips hoping to get rid of them. once i pull it out all i see is a hole, i'm guessing a pore. anyway, its only in these spots and no where else on my face. what is it? what's causing it? how can i stop it or get rid of it? if i do nothing to it, it almost like my skin around that area gets dry and flakey.

Is something coming out from your skin when you tweeze it? It sounds strange, but if you can elaborate more, I can help you. I am a skin care specialist and own a skin clinic in Miami. But you need to be exact.Thank you

nope, nothing is coming out of my skin. in fact it just looks like a tiny hole. before i started tweezing it out i'd scratch it off and whatever it is would come out...kinda whole maybe. i mean, the bump would come out a tiny ball. i'm becoming obsessed i think because that area of skin is also becoming a bit dry and flakey which is really noticable with loose powder. the area is more so located under where my eyebrow begins. i'm so greatful for whatever advice you might have
