sunday january 25th2009- for lunch Panda Express, YUUK!!!! My stupid husband took me there cos we are low on funds, so I had to choke on that crappy commercialized fake pak'e food which to me doesnt even taste like REAL chinese food, taste too processed !!! YUUUUKKK!!! I LOVE my REAL, Cantonese Ham Ha, black bean type of TRUE BLUE REAL chinese foods!!! Not these fast food ones, they are too fake in taste!!!!!

Snacking won't make you gain weight unless you eat junk food. Snacking will actually help you lose weight since it keeps your metabolism running and you have a more fluid supply of nutrients during the day to give to your body.

Snacks that I prescribe to my clients include 1 cup of mixed berries, 1/2 cup of almonds, 2 to 7 rice cakes (depending on the size of the person), a serving of whey protein, and various other fruits and vegetables. (not all in one meal though, obviously).
I second that !
Even though during the school day I usually don't have time to snack.

I saw some wheatgrass at Booster Juice yesterday but the girl there told me its nasty, so I didn't get it. Very Berry with a power shot for me.
Don't listen to her, Freddy! Try it!

I mean ...i'm not gonna lie ... it doesn't taste great, but to me it doesn't taste bad either ...I feel good afterward. If you do try it rem to take on a somewhat empty stomach and drink water afterward.

Right now I'm eating my dinner:
Salmon w/ steamed spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and lemon juice

I'm not sure I have a recipe. I usually just wash, and put in a pan on the skin side with a bit of olive oil usually add some sea salt, pepper, and a garlic herb seasoning. When the skin starts to peel away, I flip over and cook the other side for a few minutes. Add lemon juice and I'm done.

Today:
5:00 - Larabar and pom/cran juice to take vitamins (Before i go to the gym)
8:15 - 2 ounce wheatgrass shot
10:45 - 1/2 PB and J
1:00 - whole PB and J
7:30 - brown rice, olive oil, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper and sea salt ...

Stuck on PB and J - Don't know why but it tastes so good to me right now
I'm using organic peanut butter and grape Jelly

I had the big feast or whatever they call it. I started with coconut island jumbo shrimp. Then I had ceasar salad with a lobster tail, garlic shrimp, crab legs, rice, and breaded shrimp.

Wasn't enough food though. I was angry. lol

mmmmmm .... i love seafood!

Today:
5:00 Larabar - okay I'm kinda getting tired of them but they do fill me up and energy is good for the gym - pom/cran juice for vitamins
8:15 - 2 ounce wheatgrass shot
10:30 - two dark chocolate squares
1:00 - Big serving of leftovers from last night's dinner - brown rice, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil, pepper and sea salt
4:00 - scoop of peanut butter before yoga
7:00 - cajun tofu squares with salad.
