I second that !Snacking won't make you gain weight unless you eat junk food. Snacking will actually help you lose weight since it keeps your metabolism running and you have a more fluid supply of nutrients during the day to give to your body.
Snacks that I prescribe to my clients include 1 cup of mixed berries, 1/2 cup of almonds, 2 to 7 rice cakes (depending on the size of the person), a serving of whey protein, and various other fruits and vegetables. (not all in one meal though, obviously).
sunday january 25th2009- for lunch Panda Express, YUUK!!!! My stupid husband took me there cos we are low on funds, so I had to choke on that crappy commercialized fake pak'e food which to me doesnt even taste like REAL chinese food, taste too processed !!! YUUUUKKK!!! I LOVE my REAL, Cantonese Ham Ha, black bean type of TRUE BLUE REAL chinese foods!!! Not these fast food ones, they are too fake in taste!!!!!

mmmmmm .... i love seafood!I had the big feast or whatever they call it. I started with coconut island jumbo shrimp. Then I had ceasar salad with a lobster tail, garlic shrimp, crab legs, rice, and breaded shrimp.
Wasn't enough food though. I was angry. lol
