Do you live in Romania? No-one can certainly know your NC until you actually go to MAC makeup counter or buy some samples online. We can only guess but it is clear your hands are paler (also, I thought Romanians loved a nice tan?)
I think you don't need such strong products, probably just to exfoliate and incorporate kojic acid based lotion since your hand colour is your natural colour and your face is just perma-tanned. Get a good exfoliatin toner (7% glycolic toner by the ordinary) use on your face daily along with some Geisha kojic acid face serum (or any other kojic acid serum) and it'll get you the results WITH TIME. Nothing is instant.
