usually, youre either born with it or youre not. i know 99% of the girls with that perfect skin do nothing to make it perfect. its 100% natural. the rest of us just have to eat right and have a good skin routine. thats my depressing answer, sorry :/
Is it agreeable that water can be the answer?
um no........ at least not for me. i was drinking 12 cups of a water a day+ for 2 weeks and i didnt see a single difference. only thing i noticed was i was spending most of my time in the bathroom!
That's weird because I heard that drinking water really helps with skin moisturization
Well. if drinking water doesn't help your skin look good, it surely helps you lose weight. I know that from experience.
yeah it does. but i mean, some people dont get enough liquid in their bodies so drinking the recommended dosage of water may help their skin a lot. i eat a ton of fruit and stuff so i dont think my body is that desperate for water.
drinking the recommended amount of water will help keep your body healthy including your skin. It may help to reduce some acne. However, if your acne is caused by some other factor (like oil, genetics, etc) then water alone will not help.
If I drink too much water all I do is go to the potty all day and am super bloated! Green tea actually helps me lose weight. But I drink it regulary so I never really gain weight.

yup...genetics is the biggest thing. But I also think sometimes we try too hard and put too much stuff on our face and it jut makes things worse. Ive noticed that most of the guys I know have better skin than the girls. This is probably because they dont put all the stuff like makeup, creams, etc on their face.
i use a plain yogurt mask for 15 min daily, like just now, and when i rinse it off, my skin is soooooo soft. at least if you cant have flawless at least you can have softness.

its true, most makeups can clog pores and make acne worse.

and daiyumi thats what happens to me! if i drink too much water i get bloated, but ive read sooo many times that drinking a lot of water can keep you from being bloated. weird huh!
yea I'm gonna start using the yogurt mask again. I was using it for a while and was happy with the results. Its just the smell gets to me when its on my face sometimes.

I thought I was the only one who got bloated! Maybe we're special!

well what helps me is sticking with one skin routine and staying with it for a while
Clear skin can be achieved from a number of sources, for most people. First start by what you are putting on your skin, your products do not have to be expensive but research ingreditents and make sure you are not using junk on your skin. The most important things you will ever use in your skin care rutine will be your cleanser and your moisturiser. If your skin breaks out make sure your products are oil free and not too harsh for your skin. A lot of the time skin tends to break out because we over dry and we irritate the skin. You need to make sure you are using a good moisturizer that is oil free. Also, when you are applying make up to the skin make sure the sponge or the hands are clean and free of bacteria. Changing your pilliow case every other night may help in preventing break outs. Your diet needs to be rich in vitamins A and C. Drinking the required amount of water is great for your skin but drinking to much can flush out the nutrients your body needs. If you are taking suppliments make sure they are oil or gel based, solid suppliments don't asorb into the body as they need to. If your body lacks B6 and B12 you may also see it in your skin. Signs tend to show by cracks forming at the corners of the mouth. This is just the basic information you will need to start on the road of clear skin.
