Hi everyone,
From reading a lot of posts and reflecting on my rationale for buying certain beauty products, I am wondering what should I be on the lookout for? I usually try to find products that have Vitamin E or C and then usually fall for the catchy words like, "dramatically different", "eye rich", etc. I guess I am saying that I fall for advertisements and want to get past that and try to be a smarter shopper. What is important to you and what are your thoughts?

I guess I am looking for products that have health benefits, gives me healthy looking skin, easy to use and helps me look younger. Mostly products just for my face and neck. But ya i do get really overwhelmed with skin care and makeup products.

Here are the steps I feel are important to healthy and glowing skin

1.Cleansing with sulfate free products. Sulfates can irrintate and damage
your skin, this will accelerate the aging process.
2.Resurfacing ? this is crucial to radiant, clearer skin. Glycolic acids, retinol
and matrixyl peptides are examples of ingredients for resurfacing.
3. Rebuild and repair ? another very important step, once the dead layers
are exfoliated need to help the skin rebuild itself.
4.Moisturize ? this helps not only soften and hydrate your skin but also
protects it from pollution, free radicals and air-borne bacteria.
5.Suncreen ? protection from the sun is a must.

I have followed these steps with a skin care line called INTUIT BEAUTY and I can?t tell you how pleased I have been with the positive changes in my skin. From evening out my skin tones, putting that healthy glow and even diminishing the crows feet that have started. If you are interested I can send you some samples for a facial.
