That is also what my boyfriend says to me, no meats only vege, he was a Mcdo freak and he's stopped about 6 months ago, and you should see him, he lost he's belly and his skin is getting younger too! I will stick to apples and asparagus, I'm always ungry after I eat an apple, but it gives me pimples if I eat them everyday.

I know it's good anti-inflammatory too. Ho! Freddy for your parents they should try glucosamine sulfate 500mg 3x a day, few years ago my mom complained about pain in her knees, she doesn't have pain anymore. In capsules it takes about 2 months for the pain to go away. In liquid around a month. Last year it was my turn to have knee inflammation and that is what I did and it really work for me and few months ago I stopped and 2 weeks after the pain was back and now I'm still on it with Reiki treatment, and glucosamine may help for your shoulder pain.

Yup, got that one covered! thanks for the reminder Freddy! I take Coromega fish oil - it's orange flavored and leaves no "fish burps"!

Yup, both my parents actually take 1 gram 3 times a day of glucosamine sulfate. They also take a shark cartilage supplement as well.
