Hey guys I am new here!

I just got on the skin whitening bandwagon and purchased a ton of supplements but cannot find much info on when to take all these. My skin is fair but I neglected sunscreen use over many years and have tanned myself badly so my whole body is uneven. I have started a exfoliation routine to help with the lightening process.

Here are my supplements:

NAC 600mg
ALA 600mg
Grapeseed extract 150mg
Liposomal glutathione 1000mg
Vit C 2000mg

For now I am taking NAC+ALA on an empty stomach according to the instructions then Grapeseed extract after lunch and Glutathione+Vit C before sleeping. Can I get some advice on optimal timings and If I can combine them.

I think your current schedule as is sounds pretty good. If you're not having any bad stomach aches, I don't see why you should change the schedule or timing. I also take a good amount of different vitamins, but they're for my general health, not skin lightening lol. I divide them into some I'll take in the morning, and then later in the evening after dinner.
