I have a couple of suggestions. Derma e has a product called "Scar Gel" and it's very good at softening scar tissue. You might try using Scar Gel in conjunction with a non-abrasive exfoliant such as SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic or SkinCeuticals Serum 15 AOX (eventually working up to Serum 20); also, Kinerase has two good, gentle peels that might be helpful: Kinerase Advanced Radiance Facial Peel and Kinerase Clear Skin Instant Radiance Facial Peel. Always wear sun protection (minimum SPF 30) and plenty of it. Good luck.

Thanks... about the facial stuff, the spots aren't on my face, does that matter?
