WHITE SPOTS! need HELP!

ok, so im 14 and im a guy, and im a swimmer. I swim year round, and every year i get the white splotches on my face in the summer, but they normally go away in a few weeks. This year, i got more splotches on my face, and on my neck. I've had them for over 5 months and they won't go away! i've tried using an anti fungal, but it hasnt done anything for me...wat can i do? wat r these white splotches anyway?

I think you really should have a doctor check to see what those white spots really are.
