I have quite a lot of weight to lose, about 4 stone. Any hints or tips on how not to end up with loose baggy skin at the end of my diet?

I read the link that vt posted and it is very similar to what I would have said. The most important thing is that it is gradual and you give your skin time to adjust.

"End of your diet" Does that mean you will stop doing all the things you did to lose weight and gain it back???
I don't think there is an end..... Good luck! Diets=temporary.

It is important to lose weight slowly and gradually, and to continue to tone and do small weights in between. I know this lady who lost weight all too quickly and was left with about 3inches of loose skin under her skin. Loosing weight too quickly also encourages those stretch marks!
