Most of the anti-wrinkle products I've seen here in North America have Q10 in them. I've even seen Q10 gummy vitamins. I'm familiar with those beauty masks from Korea and Japan but I think they're a bit expensive for regular maintenance.

My opinion is better to take it from within. Just find a good one that doesn't have fillers.

@msn9 i didnt know it was that popular, this side its pretty cheap, like the masks are like $6 for a pack of 6 these last you 2 weeks.i dont know how effective they will be but i have always wondered what anti ageing product the korean lady uses coz her skin looks like years younger than her age.she said she has been using Q10 masks and creams religiously since her 20s. @jkee,do you know of any products i can take from within.i am fairly new to anti ageing products so any bit of information helps

Mimi05, If I had to keep it simple it would be MSM and a good Greens powder. When I first started taking the greens years ago I was like YUK but I soon changed. Now it's like my body craves it. I don't like it just in water so I mix it with my yogurt and other powders in the morning or in a drink.

I take around 2,500 with the one I posted in the morning. I've tried to take more and eased into it but I get the headaches. So I assume my body is telling me to knock it off...lol. MSM you for have to ease into. Do a search on Benefits of MSM and also Spirulina...it's amazing.

I've used greens powders that have a combination of things but they never tell exactly how much Spirulina or Chlorella is in. So I've narrowed it down to the 2 brands I'm taking now.

But for sure watch your bad carbs and sugar intake because it really is about Glycation to the skin.

I'm sure there are some good places but I've always went to Vitacost.com to get my http://www.vitacost.com/source-naturals-msm-powder, http://www.vitacost.com/nutrex-hawaii-pure-hawaiian-spirulina-pacifica-16-oz, http://www.vitacost.com/jarrow-formulas-yaeyama-chlorella-powder. If you've never done a greens powder start slow. I take 1T. at morning and 1T. with my lunch protein. Also each time I put in 1/2 of the chlorella but no more or I become friends with the Bathroom :). Chlorella will have the cleansing effect more than the Spirulina.

Some articles say that you can take up to 9gm a day of Spirulina but it's a bit too much for me so I settle at 6. Also with the Chlorella I settle at 4grms a day. Each 1/2t is 2grms. Just don't overdo because more is not always better. These supplements might look pricey but they last a long time especially the MSM.

I don't recommend vitacost coq10 since alot of them have additives like rice flour. I can't for the life of me understand what they are thinking putting this junk in but yet I can because it's cost effective for them. If you take enough supplents with this it will block the full absorption of what you're wanting. I get my powders and some other things at vitacost and other online stores but my supplements and coq10 are from http://procapslabs.com/Products/details.aspx?CoEnzyme+Q-10+200+mg.

This company has no additives and when he does have room he puts something good like vit.c or another supplement in. They are pricey and I buy from HSN.com when he comes on. They have flex pay and his prices are alot cheaper.

I remember years ago he was the first one to talk about Coq10 and people poopoo him. I watched, read, and learned so much about supplements from this guy. As with anything taken internal is the only way to get the most benefits. Slapping it on your face isn't going to help your heart and that's the big thing for this supplement.

If your diet is pretty good you should notice something within the first month. Some people experience more energy. I can't remember what or when I felt something since I've taken it for so long. http://www.healthy-heart-guide.com/benefits-of-coq10.html

I guess the best way to explain is his supplements are so pure, no fillers that if a person couldn't afford to take q10 everyday you could do it everyother. It sounds like I work for the company...lol...I've just done alot of research through the years and this company is the real deal.

If you see a supplement that has alot of additives that you don't know they're in it...do a search. Google really is your friend :)

Like you jkee, I am particular on my supplements. I always for the purest form possible. The less fillers, the better. It may cost me a little more, but in the long run SO much better for you. I know several who say they get energy from taking Coq10, but I honestly don't. If I do, I don't notice it, as I am naturally energetic. ;)

^Exactly Gymmie but people try to save money on supplements and just don't get it! Rice flour as an additive is still a head shaker for me

All ubiquinol (the best absorbed form of CoQ10) comes from Kaneka, they hold the patent. They private label for everyone else. So feel free to buy according to price. Healthy Origins is one inexpensive brand.

If you are under 40, your body is probably still making enough by itself.
