I start at 10pm and leave at 6am or 8am.

 

10am to 4pm are crucial sun avoidance time, if your in by 8am, you should be fine without SS.

 

if the sun is up or raising on you way home yes you’ll need sunscreen to put on before you leave even if you drive you still need sunscreen because car windows don’t block out uva and uvb rays

 

Dont get psycho with it. Keep some on you, tho
