have you tried pushups? When this started happening to me, (and I have a child btw) I did tons of pushups. It builds the pectoral muscles, so the girls appear more firm.

to lose any weight in a healthy way and care less about the boobs! YET, remember I am looking thru eyes of entirely different age!!! Hope the exercise does help.

 

Since the breasts are mostly fat and some glandular tissue covering ligaments and muscle, when we lose weight (if we dont firm up the muscles) the skin just hangs. The older we are when we lose a lot of weight the less the skin snaps back. Not happy news, but maintaining a constant healthy weight and keeping muscles firm helps.

Push ups, flies and bench presses are best.

I've been planning the lift since I was a teen... god, how time flies.

 

we have the same age and my boobs are great

but I workout a lot

and my first diet was last month

and only for 3 days hehe.I suppose thats helps.

I know you also workout so you deserve the great body you have .And with exercise I had a bust increase of one inch in the last 4 months.

 

in lots of cases exercise tends to work off the fatty tissue as the pectorals firm up underneath. so i think the best prescription is manhandling or womanhandling if you prefer.

Call me crazy if you wish, but breast massage helps A LOT. A lot of older women have found that when they massage their breasts daily, they get a great lift.

Take MSM regularly, too. One of the side effects is that it lifts and/or fills out the breasts. I used to go on a hair message board where a lot of ladies took it to get their hair to grow faster, and many of them stated that their breasts perked up once they started taking it.
